The bravaria bra

HOW DOES THE BRAVARIA BRA WORK?

The bravaria bra looks from the outside like a “normal”, symmetrical underwired bra. But inside – on the side of the smaller breast – there is a smaller sewn-in cup. Therefore each breast is seated inside the bra in its own cup. In addition, we have developed a total of 4 pockets, which can be filled with the inserts sent with the bra.

HOW DO I USE THE INLAYS?

We send a total of 4 inlays – two smaller and two larger ones.
Some of you already know the smaller pads – for example they are sometimes used for balconette bras to create an additional push-up effect.
The 2 larger pads are more familiar from bikinis, as they blend in with the whole bust size.
Here you can experiment what suits you best – 2 large pads on the same side (so you can even out differences > >1 cup size!), 1 large and 1 small pad, 2 small pads… The bra can be fitted completely individually to your breast.

WILL THERE BE NEW COLORS?

Yes! we are currently in the middle of the development of new colors. The next step is to add more “standard colors”, skin colors (“nude”) and white (“champagne”). But the color palette is just about to start. πŸ™‚

WILL THERE BE SWIMWEAR?

In our opinion swimwear is even more important than underwear – what you (normally) wear underneath your clothes in everyday life is visible on the beach or at the pool. There, too, you should be able to relax carefree and not have to worry about your chest, but only enjoy the sun! πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

My bra size

HOW DO I KNOW THAT I HAVE BREASTS OF DIFFERENT SIZES

In general, we suspect: If your breasts are different in size, you know it. Do you have to adjust your cleavage more often during the day because one breast might be squeezed or the other might get lost in your bra?
You always fluctuate between two sizes because no size is perfect for both breasts? Then you should give the bravaria bra a try! πŸ˜‰ πŸ˜‰

WHAT IS THE COMPOSITION OF THE SIZING INFORMATION?

In the first step of the order you specify your underbust width – for example 75.
In the second step you will be asked for the required cup size of the left breast.
In the third step you will be asked for the required cup size of the right bust.
Attention – by left breast we mean YOUR left breast, by right breast we mean YOUR right breast! The information always refers to yourself, not from the perspective of a viewer πŸ˜‰

HOW DO I CHOOSE MY CORRECT SIZE?

Since missing volume is very difficult (or rather extremely costly, #throwback to physics lessons) to calculate, we do not believe in measuring tapes and numbers.
We would always recommend ordering 2 or 3 bras at once if you are uncertain. You can then try them on in a relaxed manner and decide which one suits you better.

I HAVE MORE THAN ONE SIZE DIFFERENCE - DO YOU HAVE SOMETHING FOR ME?

We are working on that as well. Since we should compensate for a difference of >1 size for the wearing comfort but also according to the weight, our current insoles are only conditionally suitable.
Our advice: Some customers put appropriate silicone inserts or prostheses in the large pockets of the bravaria bra. They are very durable, compensate a lot – and are heavier than our inlays.

MY SIZE IS NOT LISTED - WHAT NOW?

We are currently in the process of re-ordering all missing sizes so that we can really offer every woman a matching bra.
However, to get a feel for which bras are needed most often, please send us a short email with your size request to: info@bravaria.de.

Shipping & Returns

IS RETURN SHIPPING FREE OF CHARGE?

Yes, return shipping is free of charge within Germany. For returns from Austria the shipping costs must unfortunately be paid by the customer.

CAN I RETURN MY BRIEFS?

In order to send the briefs hygienically for fitting we would need a plastic insert. This not only costs a lot of money, but also doesn’t meet our requirements to produce as little plastic as possible. Therefore the briefs are unfortunately excluded from being returned.

DO YOU SEND ANONYMOUSLY? HOW DOES MY PARCEL REACH ME?

The bravaria bra is sent in a white cardboard box (with an inscription). However, this white box will be sent in a standard brown box without any label, tape or other logo imprint. Only the sender can tell where your order comes from, but from the outside the package is completely discreet.

HOW DO I SEND THE BRA BACK? AND UNTIL WHEN?

We have extended the right of return accordingly from 14 to 30 days. This gives you almost a whole month to properly test the bra, try it on and learn to love it. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚
If you still don’t want to become friends with your bra, you can print out the return label (which was sent to you by email in advance), stick it on, take it to the DHL station and return it to us free of charge.
Please make sure that you also send the bra inlays back to us. As these are custom-made products we cannot give them away and have to charge the equivalent of 4,99 EUR.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PAYMENT BACK? AND HOW?

As soon as we receive the package, we will check that it’s complete (bra + inserts present). Afterwards it’s entered in a corresponding returns list, which is processed once a week for crediting.
Please note that the return process takes some time (approx. 7-14 working days). But you can rely on us. Don’t worry! πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

Unfortunately we do not ship to Switzerland ourselves, but we can give you an independent recommendation.
